Busch Stadium Celebrity Event to Honor the Military Child


On Friday September 11th 2015 at 5:00pm on Patriot Day, Little Patriots Embraced (LPE) a local non-profit 501 c3 charity serving our Military families, with a special focus on the children, will be recognizing local area military kids at their Hitting4Heroes event at Busch Stadium. As we celebrate Patriot Day LPE will be honoring and thanking over 60 local military children for their service and sacrifice. Some of these children have a parent who has been wounded serving our country. LPE will recognize the children by honoring them on the field with a special medal.


Celebrities attending include, Clayton Jones of the Madison Letter, St. Louis native who is now pursuing his dream in Nashville TN, will be singing the National Anthem and preforming a private acoustic concert for the military families. Frank Trigg UFC Hall of Famer, former mixed martial arts fighter, actor and stunt performer for TV and Film, and MMA spokesman. You can see him this upcoming season on Hawaii 5-0.

Matt Hughes, UFC Hall of Famer, 10 time World Welterweight Champion of the UFC.

Missouri State Representative Randy Pietzman, R District 41. And Radio and TV Personality Jamie Allman will emcee the event. All celebrities will assist LPE in the opening ceremony awarding the Medal of Recognition to the Military Children.


Little Patriots Embraced – Military Kids Fit for Life program will benefit from this event. The charity has served over 52,000 military children and thousands of families over the past eleven (11) years. This organization is endorsed by the United States Mixed Martial Arts Kick International Federation.


Little Patriots Embraced (LPE) is a non-profit 501 (c)(3) charity based in St. Louis, MO. LPE serves military families across the country, with a special focus on the children, as they face the emotional stress of separation, deployment and post deployment issues. The organization is a homefront Group Charity and is listed on the Department of Defense website www.ourmilitary.mil. LPE has served our military families through their programs for over eleven years.
